The Mug Loft began from a simple love of all things vintage. I’ve always been drawn to the charm of old treasures — especially mugs with history. There’s something so comforting about a piece that’s been held, loved, and shared over the years. I’ve spent countless hours wandering through boutiques, antique shops, and markets, searching for mugs that tell a story. One of my all-time favourites is Cornishware — each piece feels so unique and beautifully imperfect, a little work of art in itself. One day, I came across someone selling a huge collection of vintage mugs, and it felt like a sign. I knew right then that this passion needed a home — and that’s how The Mug Loft came to life. Now, I spend my time carefully curating a mix of retro, collectible, and nostalgic mugs — from Starbucks city finds and Disney classics to quirky 80s slogans and timeless British pottery.
